length is 48 inches. The framework that holds the headpiece in the bed extends out of the bed to allow full use of the entire bed for the
BIG sheep. There has not been a sheep invented yet that is too big for the SHEAR DELITE stands.
We are designing an aluminum model. They will be more expensive, but also lighter and rust free except for the parts that still need to be steel.
The SHEAR DELITE stands lower to about 5 inches, allowing you to walk the sheep
onto and off of the stand. No more lifting the sheep on or jumping them off, reducing
the risk of injury to the sheep AND shepherd!!
A unique features of the SHEAR DELITE stands is the ability of adjusting
the headpiece base in and out of the bed to utilize the ENTIRE bed for the
BIG SHEEP.
